Pacific Gateway is proud to announce that California State University, Stanislaus is exploring a 66-acre Tracy campus at Pacific Gateway to expand Stanislaus State’s presence in the Central Valley and bring new higher education opportunities to South San Joaquin County. Stanislaus State at Tracy will feature cutting-edge degree programs taught in state-of-the-art facilities and will serve generations of students in fields such as business, logistics and supply chain management, agriculture, and education and to develop strengths in areas such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
Pacific Gateway includes a sustainably designed, world class business park featuring LEED Certified buildings to meet the logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and e-commerce needs of today’s modern users. The Project will host a new VFW Tracy Post, a new Fire Station, and incorporate retail space, a public EV charging station, as well as an 11-acre Gateway Park.
